Guy Fearon showed an interest in law his early twenties when involved in Property Development. On qualifying, he specialised in property work, and when 26 he set up the property department at the London law firm of Fenwick Elliott & Co. A few years later, he was a founding partner of Winward Fearon in Covent Garden.
Today, he is the Principal Partner of Decimus Fearon, based in Sloane Street, Knightsbridge. The practice is conveniently located to be near his wide range of clients and professional advisors. He has always enjoyed a close involvement in the commercial aspects of property transactions, bringing his considerable legal and personal knowledge of the property market to bear.
A substantial part of his time is spent acting for entrepreneurial investment companies, developers and private clients. He is skilled in handling all aspects of the acquisition, disposal and on-going management of commercial and residential property.
He has built up a large client following based both offshore and in the UK, and his clients have acquired and benefited from substantial real estate assets both in London and the Provinces.
