Elizabeth Paris began her legal career at Hunters in Lincolns Inn and quickly went on to become one of the youngest equity partners in the Central London practice of William Easton & Sons.
Elizabeth recently left Rooks Rider, where she specialised in residential property law and was head of the residential property department.
She particularly enjoys acting for clients implementing turn key schemes where she has been responsible for establishing the location, acquisition, redevelopment and subsequent sale/rental of both residential and commercial properties.
Today, she is a consultant at Decimus Fearon, primarily advising clients on how best to achieve their business objectives within the property world. She finds that both individuals, as well as corporate clients, appreciate the one stop shop approach that the firm can offer its clients, and the fact that the firm concentrates its services primarily on property transactions.
